Evgeny Kadulin, Maksim Shishov, and Evgenii Barzilovich founded COLEOPTERAX to bring rigorous research discipline to critical water and energy infrastructure. Each founder brings a distinct engineering perspective, shaping a practice grounded in measurable technical outcomes.
